Information we collect
When you use the map tool, request a quote, place an order, or create an account, we collect: business address, contact name and email, payment information (processed by Stripe; we don't store card numbers), mailing list data you upload, and analytics about how you use the site (page views, clicks, time on page).
How we use it
To process your campaigns, send you proofs and receipts, contact you about active orders, and improve the site. We use mailing-list data only to print and mail your campaign; we do not sell, rent, or share lists you upload with anyone.
How we share it
With service providers needed to fulfill your campaign: USPS (postage and delivery), 4over (printing), Stripe (payment), Resend (transactional email). With law enforcement when required by valid legal process. With successors in a corporate transaction. We do not sell your data to third-party advertisers.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or delete your account at any time. California residents have additional rights under CCPA; EU residents have rights under GDPR. Email privacy@realproprint.com to exercise any of these.
Cookies
We use first-party cookies for authentication and to remember your campaign config across the multi-step checkout. We use first-party analytics to understand site usage. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
