Terms of Service

What you get when you place an order

We design (or accept your uploaded design), print on premium stock, run your mailing list through CASS + NCOA cleansing, prepare and bundle the mail, and drop it at the USPS facility on your selected drop date. Postage is included in the quoted price.

Proof approval

We send a digital proof within 24 hours of order placement. We do not send anything to print until you reply with approval. Two free revision rounds are included; additional rounds may incur a $50 design fee.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel any time before you approve the proof for a full refund. After proof approval, we cannot cancel because we've gone to press. If the printed result does not match the approved proof, we reprint and remail at no charge to you, on a turnaround that respects your original drop date as closely as possible.

We do not charge refund processing fees. We do not impose card-decline penalties. If something goes wrong on our side, we make it right.

Address quality

We run every list through USPS-certified address cleansing before printing. Addresses that don't pass are flagged for your review; you can choose to update them, skip them, or cancel the campaign. We do not knowingly print to addresses that won't deliver.

Liability

Our maximum liability for any campaign is the amount you paid for that campaign. We're not responsible for response rates, customer behavior, weather delays affecting USPS delivery, or other factors outside our control.

Changes to these terms

We'll email you and post the revised version here at least 30 days before any material change takes effect. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
