USPS bulk class for promotional mail; cheaper than first-class, slower delivery.
Full definition
Officially renamed USPS Marketing Mail. Used for non-urgent promotional mail in volumes of 200+ pieces. Delivery in 3 to 10 business days. Cheaper postage than first-class but no return-to-sender for undeliverable pieces and no automatic forwarding.
